Historia
No existe ninguna duda que en el país hay talento musical de sobra, esto se refleja en los jóvenes artistas que poco a poco logran convertir sus temas en éxitos, un ejemplo de ello son Shaka y Dres.
también estuvieron involucrados en la grabación de la canción "Falling in love", producida por el Dj parisiense Maze y la cantante Dina Rae, quien acostumbra a cantar en los discos de Eminem; estos, por mencionar algunos de sus trabajos musicales.
Este par de hermanos, Antonio y Álvaro Morales, de 25 y 22 años, que nacieron en Bélgica y tienen nacionalidad salvadoreña, conforman este dueto que se especializa en las mezclas del género reguetón. Ambos, a pesar de ser aún muy jóvenes, tienen dentro de su currículo grandes logros.
Shaka y Dres son los creadores de "La balada del pachuco", que sonó en el programa "La urbe"; participaron en el álbum del músico Cristian Gómez, alias "Tapón"; Participación en el documental sobre Centro America de la productora ausiovisual española Kino PC con la canción "Solo"; participaron en el concurso musical que se realizó en el marco del Festival de la Canción por el Derecho a la Educación en Guatemala, en abril de 2007, para este concurso se elaboraron 2 canciones que obtuvieron el tercer premio: "Unamonos ya" y "lucha alegre" ;

- Elaboración de la canción “Veracruz Breakers” para el grupo de jóvenes bailarines de la ciudad de Mejicanos apoyados por el Centro de Formación (CEFO) y Volens. Esta canción ha sido utilizada en la película “Children of a Rage” presentada en el Festival de Cine Latinoamericano, en mayo 2009, en Holanda.
- Elaboración de la canción “Vamos al grano” para la campaña de Oxfam Internacional que apoya la pequeña agricultura en Mesoamérica

Además, en la pasada entrega de los Premios Nuestra Música de YSKL estuvieron nominados a mejor canción urbana.
Por ahora el dueto está planeando promocionar sus nuevos temas en las emisoras nacionales, entre las canciones que podrán escucharse están "Pas de panique", "Hay una niña", "Fin de semana" y "Falling in love". Todas sus producciones poseen un toque de mezclas rítmicas americanas y europeas.
"Ya llevamos algunos años haciendo esto y hemos tenido bastante aceptación, hasta de gente que no le gusta para nada este estilo de ritmo, por eso creemos que ya es hora de que nos vayamos dando a conocer en El Salvador", explicó Antonio.
El estilo de Shaka y Dres ha encantado a nivel internacional, ya que también han puesto su música a la disposición de diferentes entidades gubernamentales y no gubernamentales.
