Cultura Profética cantó para El Salvador

Con mucha cerveza, hierba y energía positiva, el evento que presentó a la banda boriquen por segunda vez en El Salvador fue el espacio ideal para que más de alguno considere esta cita musical como un día histórico en el ambiente del reggae nacional.
Desde la tarde, cientos de comitivas llegaban desde distintas partes del país. Al final de la tarde, cuando las puertas se tuvieron que abrir, la cantidad de asistentes era grande y la aglomeración de personas y un registro de seguridad establecido hicieron que la llegada a la escena reggae fuera lenta. A pesar de ello la seguridad del evento permitió que no se registrara ningún hecho que lamentar, excepto alguno que otro pasado de alcohol. Gajes del oficio.
Cuando las 20 horas llegaron en esa noche de sábado, la banda Urban Dread, con una nutrida alineación y con muy buen filing musical fueron los que levantaron la cortina para calentar el ambiente. Su prolongada presentación dio paso a la batucada Nova Era, que con ritmo animó el buen momento de la noche.
La banda Natural Dread, anunciando que ese sería su último toque para dar paso a un nuevo proyecto musical, llegó a interpretar un par de rolas que aportaron a la causa reggae que se realizaba. "Utopía" y "Esos días" fueron las rolas de esta banda que llenaron de música con el nombre Natural por última vez. Dicen.
El ambiente seguía con buena vibra cuando llegó Adhesivo, previo a su toque en Costa Rica, para descargar la energía con ska de la gente y poner de cabeza a todo el Roots. Sin duda, Adhesivo un buen complemento de la noche.
Pero el reggae debía seguir y Mystica y Raiz puso su aporte con la producción que ya todo mundo espera de esta buena banda de reggae que adorna su música con buenos coros femeninos.
Lo de + esperado
La noche siguió llena de música real. Cultura Profética llegó en plena madrugada con su gran cauda de música, mucho reggae influenciado con blues, jazz, trova y hip hop, para causar el furor de los presentes. Vergazo tras vergazo, Cultura regaló todas las canciones que cada quién quería escuchar.
“Lo de más” fue la primer canción que abrió el toque. “De antes”, “El fruto de la tierra”, “Sube el humo”, “Días intensos”, “Qué será” y gran parte de la música que ha generado Cultura a lo largo de sus 10 años de carrera fue lo que cerró con broche de oro la jornada musical.
Las casi dos horas de música desde Puerto Rico fueron bien recibidas por todos los presentes quienes saben que la expresión de Cultura en El Salvador es un buen aliciente para la música real, de esa que urge que suene en El Salvador.
