Historia
Exceso de Equipaje es una agrupación musical que, como su nombre lo indica, tiene una carga abundante de experiencias e historias para compartir con el público a través de sus canciones.
Estos músicos, producto de una generación en extremo controvertida como lo fue la de los años 70´s, sé re-encontraron, nuevamente en su país en julio de 1997, después de haber recorrido con su música gran parte de Europa, Norte y Sur América, para reiniciar su camino con una nueva propuesta.
Alvar Castillo, Guillermo Cuéllar y Paulino Espinoza, quienes habían compartido por más de veinte años diversos caminos en el canto; más de 1000 ciudades en 31 países de América y Europa, centenares de composiciones para diversas producciones discográficas, apariciones en directo y en programas de radio y TV, así como música para teatro, cine y TV se fusionaron en una amalgama de sueños, canciones y deseos de aportar a su gente nuevos cantos, nuevas esperanzas.
El año 2008 se encuentra lleno de nuevos proyectos para el grupo:
- Grabación de un nuevo CD.
- Festival VERDAD 2008 en onceava edición.
- Celebración del 12 Aniversario de Exceso de Equipaje.
Integrantes:
El grupo se encuentra integrado actualmente Juan Carlos Berríos, quien sustituye en el teclado a Alberto Masferrer tra su falecimiento en agosto de 2006, Guillermo Cuéllar y Paulino Espinoza. Durante el último año el grupo ha contado con el invaluable aporte de Edwin Cotto y Sergio Arias, destacados músicos del grupo signo azul, con quienes vienen desarrrollando colaboraciones tanto en eventos especiales como el AGUAFEST y el proyecto SEMBRANDO FUTURO de la UCA.
Discografía:
Después de la producción de tres álbumes: "Regalo para el niño", "Misa Mesoamericana" y "Dos Alas" , el grupo se propuso editar un cuarto disco que incluyera temas históricos e ilustrativos del desarrollo de ma música popular en El Salvador editando el disco "Canasúnganana".
Durante el 2005 han editado la "Misa Pupular Salvadoreña" que cumplió 25 años de su edición original en Mexico.
Actualmente se encuentra preparando el nuevo material para su sexta producción discográfica.

DustinNo things like car innruasce, rent, utilities, cell phones and gym memberships do not report to the credit bureaus unless you do not pay them.The reason is they are not considered loans. |
