MELAO UNA DULCE HISTORIA
Eduardo y Sigfredo Rivera Figueroa, son los creadores del concepto MELAO una Agrupación Musical que esta formada por DIESISEIS Músicos divididos en 5 Cantantes, 5 Metales,y 6 Base y Armonía.
El Nombre del Grupo Significa DULSE, en Sur América y fue determinado como una forma de llevar la verdadera alegría a El Salvador y el Mundo.
GRUPO MELAO una agrupación totalmente TROPICAL. Manejando los conceptos de ritmos caribeños, Salsa, Merengue y Cumbia al estilo Colombiano.
En el Año 1998 MELAO se presenta ante los medios de comunicación con su primer espectáculo totalmente en vivo, el 5 de Agosto de ese año nace el grupo conformado con músicos de primera calidad.
Naciendo en la FERIA INTERNACIONAL DE EL SALVADOR para todo su público, dan un giro totalmente a lo tradicional en El Salvador con un Show de Primera y con su primera producción Musical Titulada (MELAO).
Y Llega Melao Con una segunda producción discográfica titulada (PEGATE A MELAO) siempre el publico demostrándoles el apoyo a esta tremenda agrupación. Paras las radios nacionales ya eran éxitos sus canciones tales como:
