Metal fest edicion XV... Sera el ultimo?

El mayor festival de metal esta en peligro de extinguirse, segun palabras de Edwin Marinero dirigente del Rockers Club no esta siendo rentable la realizacion de estos conciertos.
Despues de 15 ediciones el Metal Fest que ha sido toda una tradicion desde hace mas de una decada, donde se han lanzado grandes exponentes del metal de nuestro pais y que se ha consagrado como un referente en toda Centro America, talvez el 99% de los metaleros salvadoreños han asistido mas de alguna vez ya sea en el legendario FENASTRAS o en la ex catedral del metal LA ARENA EL SALVADOR, uno a uno han ido cerrando los espacios, entrando el metal nacional en una crisis institucional que pinta por desvanecer la principal escena.
Edwin Marinero comenta preocupado que la crisis es debido a la indiferencia del publico para con los conciertos, eventualmente se deja de hacer rentable, debido a las bajas en taquillas. "Se trata de hacer un espectaculo de gran calidad y la gente no quiere pagar por el" es el comentario mas sonado entre los organizadores.
Este 7 de febrero de 2010 desde las 10 AM , 15 bandas seran los que amenizaran la 15° edicion del Metal Fest, que vuelve a cambiar de lugar hoy sera en un innominado local frente a MOLSA en el Blv del Ejercito.
El precio sera de $6 en preventa y $8 en taquilla, las cheras pagan $4 independientemente el dia de la compra. Si nos ponemos a pensar pagamos desde $20 hasta $200 por ver a una sola banda internacional, que definitivamente vale la pena, pero nos duele pagar menos de $10 por ver a 15 bandas, que significaria un aproximado de $0.50 por cada una.
Saquemos la casta de guerreros pipiles que siempre ha caracterizado al metalero salvadoreño, asistamos a los conciertos y apoyemos al metal nacional.
