Vuelven Los Cadillac's, tal como avisaron

La cuenta regresiva llegó a su fin y LOS FABULOSOS CADILLACS vuelven a tocar hoy sobre el escenario ubicado al lado del Planetario de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, en el barrio de Palermo, en Argentina.
La expectativa comenzó un mes antes con la consigna “Yo te avisé” y la fecha 01.07.2008. Luego se supo que el evento sería un show secreto. Sólo faltaba conocer el lugar y la hora, que fueron revelados a las 0 hs. de hoy en la página oficial de LFC: www.fabulosos-cadillacs.com.ar
La banda grabará un nuevo álbum en Agosto con canciones nuevas y versiones actuales de temas clásicos del repertorio de los Cadillacs. Llegará al público en el mes de Octubre.
La gira mundial será producida por Time for Fun Argentina e incluirá más de 50 shows en América Latina, EE.UU y España y en su primera etapa abarcará a Puerto Rico, Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, Chile, Córdoba y Buenos Aires.
El primer show será el 5 de Noviembre en México D.F y la salida a la venta de este recital fue tan exitosa que se vendieron más de 50.000 entradas en la primera semana.
LFC, creadores de éxitos como “Vasos vacíos”, “Matador”, “Demasiada presión” y “Mal bicho”, están definitivamente entre las bandas más célebres del rock en español.
Tienen 25 años de trayectoria, 11 álbumes de estudio sin contar recopilaciones y ediciones en vivo (Bares y Fondas, Yo te avisé, El ritmo mundial, El Satánico Dr Cadillac, Volumen 5, Sopa de Caracol, El león, Vasos Vacíos, Rey Azúcar, Fabulosos Calavera y La marcha del golazo solitario), múltiples discos de Oro y Platino (incluyendo un galardón de Séptuple platino), casi 3 millones de discos vendidos y más de 1200 shows presentados alrededor del mundo.
Cuentan en su haber con premios Grammy (fueron la primera banda en ganar la categoría Best Latin Rock/Alternative Performance, creada en 1998), MTV, Billboard, ASCAP, Gardel, ACE, ACE de Oro y SONY MUSIC al millón de discos vendidos.
Los Cadillacs son una banda que El Salvador espera y que ahora con este reencuentro se vuelve mas real el sueño que vuelvan a nuestra tierra.
